"Urso"

This lovely 6" bear is called Urso which as a boy's name has Italian origin and means "Bear." He is inspired by my favourite childhood toy Big Ted, who is a pyjama case bear which I still have. Urso is made from yellow backed Hembold mohair with a short, sparse, straight pile in deep blue and as the pile is sparse, you can see the yellow backing through it. We have combined this with longer, matted mohair in a gorgeous shade of vibrant gold and the two look great together. Urso is quite loosely jointed and heavily filled with steel shot, he has toning gold and yellow ultrasuede pads and paws, a yellow and blue stitched nose and shiny black English glass eyes. He really is very cute and I do hope that you like him. Urso costs £58 plus postage.
