"Barney Bear"

I always admit to my bias, but I just love this bear! Not only is he inspired by my much loved childhood toy, Big Ted, but he is made from lovely fur and has a really sweet expression, he looks up at you adoringly! This is Barney Bear, a 6" bear made from short, slightly tufted, sparse, cream South African mohair combined with Hembold mohair which they call "Lavender on gold" such a nice name. It has a longer, soft, quite whispy pile and we have used it for his outer arms, outer legs, the back of his ears, his head and his back. We have given Barney Bear pale lilac pads and cream paws, he has a toning lavender stitched nose and shiny black English glass eyes. He is heavily filled with steel shot so he sits really nicely and we have given him a dark lilac star shaped belly button. I do hope you like him too, he costs £58 plus postage.
