Isn't he just gorgeous? This is Tad, he is around 5" tall and in style is a Stumpy bear. We have made him from two different types of grey mohair, his head is made from soft, straight, quite whispy Hembold mohair which makes great hair and gives him a cute fringe to peer through. The rest of him is made from much shorter, dense light grey South African mohair with a flatter pile and a lovely sheen. Stumpy bears have a long body, very short legs with round footpads, short arms and a sweet heart shaped face. He is very heavily filled with steel shot and so has a good weight for his size, we have given him grey cashmere pads and paws with dark turquoise stitched claws, his nose is stitched in the same colour thread and he has a turquoise belly button. I just love this style of bear, they are very distinctive and have sweet faces, I hope you like him too. Tad costs just £43 plus postage.
