"Milo"

Last Sunday we traded at our first fair of 2018, the NEC Toy and Collectors fair. It was great to be back, we haven't traded there for such a long time and it good to see that the fair is still as big and popular as it used to be. We met up with lots of friends who we haven't seen for ages and one of them had among her stock a Haven Bear from 2008! We had a little chat with him and persuaded him to come home with us! He is called Milo and as you can see, he is gorgeous. Milo is 10" tall and is made from lemon backed, very very pale creamy lemon Schulte mohair. The fur is really soft and luxurious with a strong curl which gives Milo a wonderfully frothy appearance. His pads and paws are very pale pink cashmere, he has shiny black glass eyes and a black stitched nose. He is filled with glass beads to give him a gorgeous floppy weight and he is also musical! In his back is a small key which when wound plays a shortened version of a Teddy Bears Picnic. I do hope you like him, he really is adorable, a blast from the past. Milo costs £95 plus postage.
