"Hornigold"

This adorable chap is Hornigold, he is 5 1/2" tall and is part of our Pieces of Eight Collection. As you can see, he is made in a combination of lovely colours and he has a really lovely face. His main colour is turquoise blue, velvety soft Schulte mohair with a short pile, his head is made from short white Hembold mohair and his body is made from eight different colours of short fur, some mohair and some alpaca. He has toning turquoise blue cashmere pads and paws, a two coloured stitched nose and shiny black English glass eyes. We have filled him with steel shot and steel balls for weight and he has a blue belly button.

As a Pieces of Eight bear, he is named after a Pirate and his name comes from Benjamin Hornigold, an English pirate who was known for being less aggressive than many of his contemporaries. He is really lovely, I do hope you like him too, he costs £47 plus postage.
