"Flores"

This rather serious looking bear is Flores, he is 7" tall and is made of gorgeous darker backed, blonde gold Hembold mohair. The manufacturers call this combination "gold on raspberry", the pile is straight and sparse enough for the backing to show through, so you get the lovely effect of the darker backing against the pale pile. His pads and paws are toning cashmere, he has a black stitched nose and shiny black English glass eyes. In style, Flores has long slim arms, short legs with round footpads, a long snout and a slim body. When I first finished him he was quite light in weight for one of our bears, despite having some steel shot in his paws and feet, but I decided that he was too light so I have added some weight to his tummy too. I really like him, I hope you do too. Flores costs £50 plus postage, he is part of our Seas Collection, the Flores Sea is in Indonesia.
