This beautiful bear is Appleton, he is 6" tall and is made of the most delectable Hembold mohair. Turquoise green backed and tipped in deep lilac, the fur has a really silky soft texture which is hard to resist. We have given him toning turquoise ultrasuede pads and paws, shiny black English glass eyes and a black stitched nose. He is heavily filled with steel shot and steel balls and loosely jointed for added appeal. In style he has long straight arms, short legs with tapered feet and a lovely heart shaped face. Appleton is the first bear in another new collection for the New Year, Famous Physicists. He is named after Edward Victor Appleton, a British Nobel Laureate Physicist born in 1892. Appleton is a really lovely bear, I do hope that you like him, he costs £52 plus postage.
