"Quincy"

This adorable bear is Quincy, he is around 10" tall and is made of lovely pale grey, quite short woolly alpaca, soft and fluffy. His body is made of chestnut brown backed, black tipped mohair with a longer straight pile and the two look great together. We have given him grey cashmere pads and paws, a brown stitched nose and shiny black German glass eyes. In style he has long curved arms, short legs with shaped footpads, a rounded tummy and a lovely heart shaped face. His ears are set quite low on the sides of his head, he has quite loose jointed arms and legs and a wobble head joint. We have filled him with some glass beads, plastic pellets and polyester so he has some weight but is not really heavy. We have not made a 10" version of this style for ages and have enjoyed making Quincy, as with all of these bears he is named after a Big Band Leader. Quincy usually costs £80 plus postage but as our Special Offer bear for February he could be your for just £60 plus postage. That's a really good price for a lovely hand made "One off" bear of that size.
