"Calder"

We are delighted to introduce you to Calder, a sweet 5 1/2" bear made in two colours. His head and ears are made of short, dense, woolly, very pale green alpaca, whilst the rest of him is made of much longer, straight, soft, deep fox red coloured mohair. By chance we had some ultrasuede in stock which was exactly the same shade as the alpaca and so we have used that for his pads and paws and it looks great. I love the contrast of the short and long fur and the toning ultrasuede. He has a fox red stitched nose, shiny black English glass eyes and a pale green belly button. We have filled him with steel shot and steel balls so he has a great weight for his size. I do hope you like him, he is very sweet. As part of our Rivers Collection, Calder is named after the river of the same name which flows through west Yorkshire. He costs £45 plus postage.
