Let us introduce you to Embla, a gorgeous 5 1/2" bear who is part of our Mythology Collection, his name is of Norse descent. His head, ears and arms are made of sparse, flat, felted German mohair in a dark shade of mauve. We have combined this with long, whispy pale blonde Schulte mohair for his body and legs. The fur has a straight, long pile and this contrasts well with the flatness of the mauve fur. In fact the way that the blonde pile gathers around his neck is very effective, almost like a ruff. He has toning cashmere pads and darker mauve ultrasuede paws, we have given him a black stitched nose and shiny black English glass eyes. With his steel shot and steel ball filling, Embla is a lovely weight for his size. I do hope you like him, he is rather special. Embla costs £45 plus postage.
