Meet Avocet, an adorable 3 1/2" bear made of four different colours of mohair. His ears and arms are lovely hand dyed, sparse, curly lilac South African mohair, his legs are deep black curly mohair, his head is short white tufted mohar and his body is longer, tufted, hand dyed South African mohair in a pale mushroom shade. These colours look really nice together and give Avocet a very distinctive character. His pads are black cashmere and his paws are pale grey cashmere, he has a black stitched nose and shiny black German glass eyes. We have filled him with steel shot so he is nice and heavy for his size. I do hope that you like him, he costs £39 plus postage and is part of our Birds Collection. Please note that as with all our bears, Avocet is not a toy and is not suitable for children.
