Hello everyone, welcome to the Haven Bears Shop. 
 
 To see all our latest Christmas Bears, pop along to the Teddy Bearzaar Christmas Festive Fun online fair which started on Friday 15th and runs until Friday 22nd. You will find it on their Group Facebook page, we are still hard at work and will be adding more new bears as they are finished.
 
We often show photo's of new bears first in Instagram so do keep an eye on our pages for pictures as they are finished. 
 
If you would like to follow us on Instagram you may see the bears as soon as they are made as we often add them there before they are put onto the Website, plus you can now follow us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/havenbears

If you wish to purchase any of our bears and but do not live in the UK, EU, USA, New Zealand, Australia or Canada, please just email us for delivery costs to other locations and we will reply as soon as possible.
 
On this site we offer a selection of postage choices for UK delivery, ie; 24 Hour Tracked, 1st or 2nd Class Signed For or Standard Delivery. We have also changed the website so that the price paid is determined by the weight of the bear or bears, not the number of bears ordered. Hopefully this will make the postage charges more accurate and eliminate the need for us to make refunds if too much has been paid.
For Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia we use Royal Mail International Tracked which includes insurance of £50, again the price paid is determined by the weight of the bear or bears, not the number ordered. If you require a higher level of insurance that can be arranged for a small additional charge.
