"Muriel"

This beautiful bear is Muriel and she is one of our gorgeous Christmas Angels. Her name is derived from the Greek myrrh and she is the Angel of the month of June. We have made her from tufted sparse white Schulte mohair which is used for her head, ears and body. For her arms and legs we have used short, dense royal purple mohair (the colour is more purple than the photo's suggest) with toning purple ultrasuede pads and paws. Her wings are made of purple chiffon ribbon, she has a pale lilac metallic thread stitched nose, shiny black English glass eyes and a deep purple ribbon flower over her right ear. Filled with a little steel shot, Muriel has some weight for her size which is just under 4" tall. I love her, I hope you do too, she costs £40 plus postage.
