Postal Deliveries Update(November 02, 2009)
All bears sent out by us are posted using Royal Mail's "First Class Signed For" service which according to a statement on the Royal Mail Web-site is being given priority during the current postal disputes. They say that they will continue to prioritise and deliver premium service (Special Delivery and Royal Mail Tracked) items to customers.
Our own experience of the disputes so far support this statement and so hopefully there will be minimum inconvenience to our customers (and our bears!) during these postal disputes.
If any of you wish to upgrade to a Guaranteed Next Day delivery, please let us know before you order the bear and we will arrange this for you.
